Mix the minced meat with salt, pepper, 2 eggs and breadcrumbs and form small balls. Fry these in a pan on all sides, remove and keep warm.
Dice peppers, pickles and onions and sauté in a pan with frying fat for a few minutes. Add the tomatoes and some cucumber water and let simmer. Add the stock, sugar, paprika powder and season with salt and pepper. Add the meatballs and let them get hot again in the sauce.
