Instructions
- First scald the couscous with approx. 150 ml of boiling water and let it swell.
- Mix the turkey meat with the swollen, cooled couscous and all other ingredients. If you like it spicier, add more ajvar accordingly.
- Shape the minced meat and fry in the pan.
- This goes well with, for example, paprika vegetables in tomato sauce with rice, bulgur or couscous.
