Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and knead everything well. Then shape the palm-sized meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper (makes approx. 2 1/2 sheets).
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C (fan oven) for about 30 minutes until crispy and brown. But be careful, please line the trays well with baking paper, because the meatballs give off quite a bit of juice depending on the type of meat. They taste wonderfully juicy and delicious!
