Hearty and delicious meatballs made from minced meat and cottage cheese, baked with pasta, will be a complete lunch or dinner for you. After all, along with the meatballs on the plate, you will have pasta and vegetables in a delicate creamy filling.
Pour water into a saucepan, salt, and bring to a boil. Pour pasta into boiling water and stir. Cook the pasta over medium heat for 8 minutes, until half cooked. Drain the pasta in a colander and rinse with cold water to stop cooking. Let the water drain completely.
Place the minced meat in a bowl. Peel and chop the garlic. Add paprika, garlic, salt, and adjika to the minced meat. Add cottage cheese (any fat content) and water to a bowl of minced meat.
Stir the minced meat and beat well. To do this, collect the finished minced meat into a lump, lift it over the bowl and throw it back. Do this 10-15 more times.
With wet hands, form meatballs about the size of a small apple.
Grease a high-sided baking dish with vegetable oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Transfer the pasta from the colander to the prepared dish. Peel the carrots, rinse and grate on a fine grater. Spread the paste evenly on top.
Peel the white onion, rinse and chop finely. Spread the onions evenly over the carrots.
Place the meatballs in the pasta pan on the carrot and onion layer. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
Pour milk, cream into a deep bowl and break eggs. Add dried garlic and sweet paprika. Salt and mix well with a whisk until smooth.
Pour the resulting egg-milk mixture into a mold with meatballs. Bake the meatballs in a hot oven for 30 minutes.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Remove the meatballs from the oven and sprinkle the grated cheese evenly over the top.
Place the pan back in the oven and bake for another 7-10 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes. Meatballs with cottage cheese baked with pasta are ready. Place on plates and serve.
