Briefly roast the chopped onions in hot oil, add the chopped paprika and roast a little more. Add the flour, let it take color briefly and pour in the broth. Mix well with the whisk. Add paprika powder, tomato paste, salt, pepper and sugar and let simmer for about 8 minutes, stir in sour cream with a whisk, season again if necessary and sprinkle with parsley.
Meatballs:
Roast the chopped onions in hot oil until golden brown and pour over the minced meat. Mix well with egg, salt, pepper, marjoram, finely chopped garlic, mustard, parsley and oat flakes. Form small balls, roll them in breadcrumbs and fry them brown on all sides.
Serve the minced balls with the sauce. This goes very well with mashed potatoes.
