Wash and cut the pork into pieces. Peel and wash 1-2 onions, and peel 2-3 garlic cloves (optional). Rinse the rice, pour boiling water over it, let sit for 5-10 minutes, then drain through a sieve.
Pass the pork, onions, and garlic through a meat grinder.
Add salt, pepper, pork seasoning to taste, 1 egg, and the cooked rice to the ground pork. Mix well until fully combined.
Form meatballs using wet hands.
Heat 30 g vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the meatballs and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown, then transfer to a pot.
In the pot, mix 0.5 liters of water with 2 tbsp tomato paste and 4 tbsp cream.
Cover and simmer on the lowest heat for 25-30 minutes until the meatballs reach an internal temperature of 63 °C (145 °F).
