Soak the bun in water. Halve or quarter the sweet potato, bring to the boil in a little salted water and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Chop the sun-dried tomatoes, onions, garlic and, if necessary, the herbs and place in a bowl with the minced meat. Squeeze out the roll and add the minced meat, egg and yoghurt. Pepper and salt, being careful with the salt as the sun-dried tomatoes are already very salty. Knead everything well.
Peel the sweet potatoes, cut into small pieces and mix with cream cheese or yoghurt, a little salt and herbs as desired. The filling should rather be a mild balance to the spicy meat.
Place the meat dough on a parchment paper about 2-3 cm thick as a square, distribute the filling in the middle from top to bottom and then roll a roast with the help of the paper. Seal the ends to make an elongated loaf. Place the roast with or without baking paper on a tray or in a roasting pan and bake for about 50 minutes at 200 ° C.
This goes well with salad and rice or tomato rice.
