Mix all other ingredients together in a large bowl.
Tip: You can vary the spices, I`ve also added garlic and chili powder. You don`t have to be so sparing with salt and pepper, the meat dough takes on a lot of spice.
Knead well, then knead in about half of the mixed pepper cubes. Spread the meat dough on a well-greased baking sheet or lined with baking paper. Sprinkle the remaining diced pepper on top and press in a little.
Bake in the hot oven for approx. 25 - 30 minutes at 200 ° C hot air.
You can eat the finished roast warm or let it cool down and then cut into small rectangles and serve with potato salad and bread.
