Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and garlic and mix with the minced meat, eggs, breadcrumbs and mustard. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. For the filling, cut the garlic, cherry tomatoes and dried tomatoes into small cubes, the spring onions into small rings and chop the herbs. Then mix with finely diced feta, natural yoghurt and cream cheese and stir to a creamy batter and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
  3. Roll out the minced meat on baking paper, the dough should be thinner around the edges. Spread the filling on top and roll up using the baking paper. Press the edges into place so that there are no holes. Place in an ovenproof baking dish and put in the oven at approx. 180-200 degrees for approx. 30-45 minutes.
