Instructions

  1. Puree all ingredients in a blender to make a creamy pesto. Season to taste and, depending on the desired consistency, add more oil if necessary.
  2. The specified amount is sufficient for about two 100 ml glasses. To do this, pour the pesto into clean glasses, smooth out and cover with oil. Keep tightly closed in the refrigerator.
  3. We like to eat this pesto with pasta, see Spaghetti with `meaty` pesto and rocket in my recipes, bread or just like that. It is very spicy and tastes meaty in a certain way. It is also a welcome gift or souvenir in my family.
