Instructions

  1. The deep tray (drip pan) from the normal wide oven is used.
  2. For the ground:
  3. Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir briefly with the dough hook. Then knead the dough by hand until it is nice and smooth. Roll out the dough between two pieces of parchment paper. The dough should be so big that when it is placed in the baking sheet, there is an edge of approx. 2 cm. Now peel off the top baking paper and place the dough with the bottom baking paper on the tray.
  4. For the curd mass:
  5. Mix all ingredients with the mixer until smooth. There must be no more lumps. The mass is now poured onto the rolled out dough.
  6. Preheat the oven to 150 ° C and bake the cake for about 30 - 35 minutes.
  7. When the edge has turned a nice brown, the oven can be switched off. The cheese mixture should be lightly browned as much as possible. Then let the cake rest in the closed oven for 1 hour.
  8. The cake tastes best when chilled.
