Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the garlic. Briefly heat the olive oil and fry the garlic and tomatoes in it. Simmer until the liquid has boiled down. Stir in tomato paste, salt, pepper and sugar. Gradually add the balsamic vinegar and season to taste. Drain the beans and add. Cook everything for another 7-10 minutes. Peel the red onion and cut into rings.
  2. Let the bean salad cool down until it is lukewarm. Season again to taste. Pour into a bowl and garnish with the onions.
