Mix paprika powder, salt, pepper, rosemary, and Mediterranean herb mixture together. Squeeze the 2 garlic cloves and mix with the olive oil. Pat the 4 chicken breasts dry, coat thoroughly with the marinade, and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) with top and bottom heat.
Place the marinated chicken breasts in an oven-safe saucepan or baking dish. Add some olive oil. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 74°C / 165°F.
