Instructions

  1. Brush a baking sheet or tin with olive oil or cover with baking paper and place the feta blocks on top.
  2. Press the clove of garlic into a bowl, cut the onion into strips, roughly chop the sun-dried tomatoes and olives and add them, then wet with the olive oil, you can also use the oil in which the sun-dried tomatoes are pickled and mix everything in the bowl .
  3. Sprinkle each of the feta pieces with pepper, oregano, rosemary and thyme and spread the onion, tomato and olive mixture on top. Amount as you like, but you can load it up abundantly, as the topping loses some of its volume during baking.
