Cut a spring onion into small pieces and spread it in the middle of a piece of aluminum foil as a bed. Cut a slice of aubergine and two slices of zucchini into small cubes and pour over them. Halve the cherry tomatoes and place on top. Now spray everything with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Now spread the fresh herbs on top (remove from the stems if you like). Close the package and grill on a gas grill for 20 minutes over the lowest possible heat.
