Instructions

  1. Peel the onions and garlic and cut into small cubes. Cut the aubergine and zucchini into slices. Cut the pepper into cubes.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onions and garlic until translucent. Add the minced meat, season with salt and pepper and fry until crumbly.
  3. Add the vegetables and let simmer for another 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes, wine and herbs and let simmer for another 15 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and the herbs. Halve the olives and add them to the minced meat mixture. Bring to the boil again briefly.
