Instructions

  1. Briefly fry the minced meat in a pan. Let cool down a little. Finely grate or chop the vegetables and herbs. Cut the mozzarella into small pieces, put something aside to bake the strudel. Mix the minced meat with the vegetables, herbs and mozzarella pieces in a bowl. Mix in 2 tablespoon ajvar and 2 tablespoon creme fraiche. If necessary, season a little with salt and pepper.
  2. Cover the puff pastry with minced vegetable filling and roll up into a strudel. Whisk the egg and brush the strudel with it. Put some mozzarella on top of the strudel to bake.
  3. Bake the strudel at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
  4. Goes well with tzatziki or a garlic sauce (cream with yogurt, salt and 3 cloves of garlic)
