Wash the zucchini and mushrooms. Cut the zucchini into small pieces and remove the stalks from the mushrooms. Cut these into small pieces. Cut the onions.
Heat some olive oil in the pan. Braise the onion pieces. Then add the zucchini, mushrooms and garlic to the pan. If you want a bit of heat, chop the chilli pepper and mix it with the vegetables. Salt and pepper well. Use paprika powder as needed. When the vegetables are cooked, add the cream. Stir in the herbs of Provence and simmer a little.
Put on pasta water. When the water boils, add the pasta to the water and cook until al dente or soft according to the instructions on the packet. Either mix the pasta into the sauce or put the pasta on the plate first and then pour the sauce over it.
A delicious tomato salad with balsamic cream and fresh shallots goes well with it.
