With the vegetables you can of course take what you want. We take zucchini, aubergine and peppers, as well as cocktail tomatoes. You should make sure that the vegetables are cut into pieces of about the same size so that the cooking time is also about the same. In addition to the vegetables, there are the roughly chopped herbs, the roughly chopped garlic and the diced feta.
Everything is then generously seasoned with pepper and mixed with the olive oil in a baking dish. Then it is placed in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 ° C (circulating air). After this time you stir everything carefully and put it in the oven again.
After another 15 minutes the vegetables are ready and can be served either as a side dish or with fresh baguette.
