Instructions

  1. Bring the sun and the aroma of the Mediterranean into your home at your table. Low in fat and high in vegetables, this recipe is just right for a healthy diet.
  2. Prepare rice or pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Clean the vegetables and cut into bite-sized pieces. Dice the chicken.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the poultry. Gradually add the vegetables. Starting with onions, garlic, bell pepper, mushrooms, carrots and finally add the zucchini. Add a dash of water, cover the pan and simmer everything on a low level for about 10 minutes.
  4. Season with sour cream, salt, pepper and the Italian herbs and serve with pasta or rice.
