Cut the onions and peppers into cubes. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and sauté the onions until they are almost translucent. Then add the peppers, mix well so that they are covered with olive oil. Add thyme and oregano. If you have, you can also add 1 teaspoon of olive spice. Steam with the lid closed until the peppers are soft. Finally season with salt and pepper.
Fry the grilled cheese in a pan on both sides in olive oil. There is grilled cheese that has already been seasoned with herbs. If you bought another cheese, simply sprinkle it with thyme and rosemary on both sides.
