Cook the pasta al dente as usual. Dice the mozzarella, prepare the halved tomatoes and the roasted pine nuts.
Heat plenty of oil in the pan. Finely slice the garlic and add to the oil together with the sambal oelek. Deglaze with the lime juice. Put the pasta in a large salad bowl and add the tomatoes and mozzarella. Then pour the oil mixture over the salad and sprinkle with the pine nuts and basil leaves. Mix gently and serve with a glass of red wine.
No further spices are necessary, be careful with the sambal oelek! This recipe goes wonderfully fast and is popular at every party.
