- Make a shortcrust pastry from the flour, butter, salt, water and the herbs. Let rest in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour.
- Then roll out about 1/2 cm thick and cut out biscuits with a cookie cutter. The amount of dough is sufficient for approx. 2 baking trays.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
