Instructions
- Make a shortcrust pastry with the flour, butter, salt, water, and dried Italian herbs. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough to 0.5 cm thick and cut out biscuits with a cookie cutter. This will make enough for approximately 2 baking trays.
- Place the biscuits on baking trays and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15 to 20 minutes until golden.
