Peel the potatoes and cook until al dente, cut into slices. In the meantime, finely dice the peppers and sauté in a saucepan with olive oil for about 5 minutes. Remove the peeled tomatoes from the stalk, chop and add to the peppers. Season with salt, mojo spice (or some chilli) and about 1 teaspoon of thyme. Cut the zucchini and mushrooms into slices. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper. Dice the feta.
Spread some of the paprika sauce (very little, no closed layer) on the bottom of a baking dish. Then layer in the following order: potatoes, a little sauce on top (again a little), pluck the minced meat, sprinkle with a little mojo spice (or chilli), feta, zucchini, the remaining sauce, mushrooms and finally the grated cheese. Place in the preheated oven at 175 ° C for approx. 40 minutes.
