Mix all dry ingredients, add oil and water and knead everything into a smooth yeast dough. Let rise for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into 18 pieces. Roll out each piece of dough thinly into an oval, brush with olive oil and roll into sticks from the long side. Place on two baking sheets lined with baking paper. Let rise for another 20 minutes. Brush with egg and sprinkle with coarse salt.
Bake both baking sheets in the preheated oven with hot air at 170 degrees for about 20 minutes.
