Chop the onions into sticks, chop the garlic and fry them in oil over a medium heat, gradually adding the pine nuts that are finely chopped. Carrots and the cut into bite-sized pieces. Add the savoy cabbage and sauté too. Season with cumin, diced the smoked pork and fill up with the chicken stock.
Peel and dice the potatoes, add and let everything simmer in a closed pot for approx. 30 minutes.
