Instructions

  1. Dice the ham and fry in a little oil in a hot pan. In the meantime, cut the courgette and tomato into small pieces and add to the pan with the beaten eggs.
  2. Add the rosemary and basil and stir-fry until the egg is lightly shrunk.
  3. Remove from the pan and season with salt, pepper and ground rosemary.
  4. Tastes very good with pasta.
