Instructions

  1. Peel the garlic and pass it through a press. Cut the chilli peppers very finely. If you don`t want it so spicy, you can remove pits and skins. Crumble the sheep cheese. Puree all ingredients with a high-speed mixer until the desired consistency is achieved. If you like, season with paprika powder, it gives it a nice color. It is best to let the cream soak in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before consuming it.
  2. The amount of chillies is a matter of taste. You can best judge for yourself how spicy you like the cream. The cream can be kept in the refrigerator for a few days, but it usually doesn`t get that old here. It tastes great with fresh ciabatta, but also with grilled meat.
