Instructions
- First clean the beans and then cut them into pieces approx. 5 cm in size.
- Cook until firm to the bite in strong salted water.
- In the meantime, peel and finely chop the garlic cloves and dice the tomatoes.
- Then drain the beans and rinse with cold water until they are just lukewarm. Mix with garlic and tomatoes in a bowl.
- Grate the pecorino cheese and stir in with the oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, honey, pepper and thyme.
- Mix everything well and season to taste
- Instead of the pecorino you could also use other spicy hard cheeses.
- The salad is great as a side dish for grilling!
