Peel the potatoes and best slice them with a food processor or cut them into narrow slices with a knife.
Heat the oil in a large pan. Add the potato slices and fry over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Wash the rosemary sprigs, dry them lightly and finely chop the needles. Then season the potato slices with rosemary, salt, pepper, paprika powder and garlic. Then fry the potato slices for another 5 to 10 minutes. When the potatoes are crispy fried, they can be served.
