Halve the green + black olives, dice the feta and add to the saucepan with the capers (amount to taste). If desired, chop the garlic and add it as well.
Season to taste with basil, pepper and salt and add the cream (if you like it more figure-friendly, you can use less cream or leave it out completely).
The sauce gets a fruity note with a few squirts of lemon juice.
