Instructions

  1. Rinse the prawns and pat dry. Mix some olive oil with salt, cayenne pepper, oregano and paprika powder in a bowl and marinate the prawns in it.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  3. Peel the potatoes and cut into wedges. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt. Spread on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. In a small bowl, stir the sour cream with a tablespoon of crème fraîche, salt, a pinch of sugar, mayonnaise, chives and crushed garlic in a small bowl until the oven is hot.
