Instructions

  1. Cut the vegetable onion into large cubes. Wash the zucchini and peppers and cut into bite-sized pieces. Wash the thyme, shake dry and remove the leaves from the stems. Wash the parsley, shake dry and finely chop.
  2. Fry the onions in the hot oil until golden brown. Then add the zucchini and pepper cubes, mix well and simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, cook the noodles in plenty of salted water until they are firm to the bite. Mix the ketchup and creme fraiche with the vegetables, season with thyme, parsley, paprika powder and salt. Finally add the drained pasta and mix in.
