Instructions

  1. Wash the lamb`s lettuce and clean it thoroughly, d. H. free from the small roots. Wash the strawberries as well and cut them in half or into quarters, depending on their size. Drain the can of corn and place half of it in a bowl. Remove the stone from the ripe avocado, spoon the pulp out of the skin and cut into pieces (like the strawberry pieces or slightly smaller). Mix these ingredients in a bowl.
  2. For the dressing, put the vinegar, mustard and spices in a tall mug and stir briefly with a spoon. Now take a hand blender and slowly pour in the olive oil while stirring until a smooth emulsion is formed and season it again to taste. Do not nap the salad with the emulsion until just before serving.
  3. I like to serve the salad with grilled meat or baked potatoes. But it is also very popular on birthdays and also tastes good with a piece of baguette and a glass of red wine.
