Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water a little shorter than indicated so that it still has enough bite. Drain and rinse so that they do not continue to cook. Drain well.
  2. Meanwhile, peel and slice the carrots (I sliced them with a grater), then cut them into strips (julienne). Cut the garlic into small pieces.
  3. Cut the spring onions into rings and rinse. If chicken breast is used, cut it into strips approx. 0.5 cm thick.
  4. Add about 5 tablespoons of oil and 5 tablespoons of soy sauce to the pan and mix. Add meat and fry (mince crumbly) (not too dark). Add some Chinese spices.
  5. When the meat is seared, add the carrots and garlic and sauté. Then add spring onions and season with soy sauce and Chinese spices.
  6. Warm the meat with the vegetables and add the pasta to the pan to fry. Add some fresh oil and soy sauce. When the noodles are almost ready, add the meat and vegetables again, season again with Chinese spices and soy sauce. Mix well!
