Instructions

  1. Soak 80g soy granules in vegetable stock according to the instructions on the packet and set aside. Best of all directly in a larger pot.
  2. The broth is used afterwards.
  3. Wash the vegetables, drain them. Cut the leek, bell pepper, onion and garlic into cubes.
  4. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the vegetables until translucent. Then add the paprika pulp and tomato paste and roast briefly.
  5. Now take a ladle of the vegetable stock (soaking stock) out of the pot and deglaze the vegetables in the pan with it.
  6. Mix well and then add to the saucepan with the soy.
  7. Now add the tomatoes and corn and bring everything to a boil. Bind with the sauce binder and the corner of processed cheese and then season to taste.
  8. I put paprika powder, pepper, salt, cumin, oregano, marjoram and some nutmeg on it. Was really tasty and made 3 good servings.
