- Soak 80g soy granules in vegetable stock according to the instructions on the packet and set aside. Best of all directly in a larger pot.
- The broth is used afterwards.
- Wash the vegetables, drain them. Cut the leek, bell pepper, onion and garlic into cubes.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the vegetables until translucent. Then add the paprika pulp and tomato paste and roast briefly.
- Now take a ladle of the vegetable stock (soaking stock) out of the pot and deglaze the vegetables in the pan with it.
- Mix well and then add to the saucepan with the soy.
- Now add the tomatoes and corn and bring everything to a boil. Bind with the sauce binder and the corner of processed cheese and then season to taste.
- I put paprika powder, pepper, salt, cumin, oregano, marjoram and some nutmeg on it. Was really tasty and made 3 good servings.
