Instructions

  1. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices. Remove the skin from the melon and cut it into equally thin slices. Layer everything like a classic caprese on a platter or plate and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Arrange the ham decoratively on top. Spread the basil leaves on top and drizzle with the remaining oil. Grind the black pepper over it.
  2. Ideal as a starter or as a dinner with a piece of baguette on hot days.
