Instructions

  1. Peel and core the melon and mango or cut from the stone.
  2. Roughly cut the pulp and puree with coconut milk and coconut water. If necessary, dilute with additional coconut water. Season to taste with agave syrup, lime juice, vanilla extract and cardamom.
