Instructions

  1. Core the watermelon and cut into small cubes. Dice the sheep`s cheese. Cut the olives and shallots into rings.
  2. Cut the ham into small pieces approx. 0.5 cm. Cut the iceberg lettuce and pepperoni into small pieces.
  3. Prepare a dressing from the olive oil, water, balsamic vinegar, honey, mustard, salt, pepper, garlic and paprika (you can also use balsamic cream instead of balsamic vinegar). Pour the dressing over the ingredients and mix.
  4. Tastes even better if you let the salad steep a little.
