Peel the melon and cut into shape. As in the picture, round or in the form of a cake.
I dabbed the melon a little all around with a kitchen towel so that there wasn`t too much water on it and the cream would stick better. Whip the paradise cream according to the instructions and spread it on the melon. Then garnish as you like: with fruit or chocolate sprinkles, I sprinkled a few more desiccated coconut on top.
