Instructions

  1. First pour approx. 100 ml of boiling water into three black tea bags, steep for 3 minutes and allow to cool.
  2. Chop coarsely diced melon meat and mint leaves in a closed mixing bowl for 4 seconds on setting 5. Filter the fruit juice through a sieve to remove the stones and mint.
  3. Without Thermomix: Decapitate the melon and use the hand blender to chop the pulp in the melon.
  4. Put the filtered juice and black tea in a bowl and add some sugar, lemon juice, white rum or vodka. To let go.
  5. To serve, pour crushed ice and 1 - 2 teaspoons of melon punch with prosecco. Garnish with a melon wedge and a mint leaf. A great summer drink.
  6. As an alcohol-free variant, it can also be topped up with lemon soda or mineral water.
