Instructions
Halve the watermelon crosswise, remove the flesh with a spoon and cut into cubes. Remove cores. Add sugar, raspberries and rum and mix carefully. Chill for 30 minutes, then pour into the hollowed out melons and fill up with cold sparkling wine.
