Instructions

  1. Put the melon cubes in a large saucepan. Add the preserving sugar and sparkling wine. Turn the stove to the highest setting and heat until the sugar melts. Then keep the hand blender in and puree everything until there are no more pieces. Then boil for 3 minutes while stirring and immediately pour into boiled glasses, close and turn upside down.
