Cut the melon into wedges, remove the pulp from the skin and cut into approx. 1 cm cubes. Drain the mozzarella balls, cut in half and place in a bowl with the melon pieces. Clean the spring onions, cut into fine rings and add. Cut the basil leaves into fine strips and add them to the bowl.
Mix vinegar, oil, freshly ground red pepper berries and salt, pour over the salad ingredients, stir and garnish with basil leaves if necessary.
