Instructions

  1. Season the steaks and fry them medium on both sides in a hot pan. Then let it rest and cut into small pieces.
  2. Core the melon, peel it and do not cut it into cubes. Wash and clean the rocket and cut it once. Put everything in a bowl and mix.
  3. For the dressing, mix the tomato paste with the lemon juice and the spices. Then add the roasting fat from the steaks, finally fold in the room temperature walnut oil. If necessary, add water.
  4. Arrange the steaks and salad on plates and serve immediately. Serve the dressing separately.
  5. Sounds strange, but it`s really good.
  6. Tip: As already written - you can alternatively take the cheaper minute steaks, but then season very strongly with cumin.
