Instructions

  1. Halve the melon lengthways and remove the stones from the center. Cut the melon halves into 4 equal wedges. Separate the pulp from the skin, but leave it on the skin. Cut the pulp into bite-sized pieces, then shift the pieces on the peel. Pepper the ham, roll it up loosely and serve with the melons.
