- Mix the lemon juice with the sugar, vanilla, honey and yoghurt to a creamy mass.
- Cut out half a melon with a spoon, remove the stones and add the pulp to the lemon-yogurt mixture.
- Grind everything with a mixer or hand blender to a homogeneous mass and fill into the ice cream maker.
- Depending on the ice cream machine, let it work into ice for about 30 minutes.
- Very refreshing in the summer time.
