Instructions

  1. Put the melon in the fridge a few hours beforehand so that it can cool down nicely.
  2. Free the melon from the skin and remove the stones, cut the pulp into large cubes. Puree the melon pieces in a tall container with half of the coconut ice cream until creamy. Spread the rest of the coconut ice cream on long drink glasses and fill up with the melon and coconut shake. Decorate with a few mint leaves and serve with a straw and, if necessary, a long-handled spoon.
  3. Tip: If you like it even creamier, you can top the melon and coconut dream with a whipped cream.
