Instructions

  1. Puree the pulp of the melon and the juice of the lemon together. Beat the sugar, yolks and egg until creamy. Heat the cream and stir in the egg mixture (do not boil). Stir cold on ice.
  2. Then mix the cream with the puree and place in the ice cream maker or in the freezer compartment and stir every half an hour. Makes a very creamy and refreshing ice cream.
