Ingredients

• 3 packs custard powder with cream flavor
• 6 tablespoon sugar, lightly heaped
• 1 ½ liters milk, cold
• 125 ml rum
• 200 g chocolate (block chocolate), chopped, leave somethin behind for arnish,
• 750 ml whipped cream
• 3 packs cream stabilizer
• 3 packs vanilla sugar
• possibly cocktail fruits (cherries)

Instructions

1. Prepare the pudding with the sugar and milk according to the instructions on the packet. Chill, stir every now and then. Stir rum and chocolate into the pudding that has cooled but not yet set. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener and vanilla sugar until stiff and fold into the pudding, leave some cream to decorate.
2. Decorate the men`s cream with the rest of the chocolate, with the rest of the cream from the piping bag and possibly cocktail cherries.
3. Is a high-calorie dessert, but very, very tasty.
